  Absolutely awful!!
  Do not stay at this hotel if you value hygeine of any sort. There were yellow stains on all the pillow cases and orange stains on the towels. The shower curtain was covered in mould and they only provided one towel for two people!
  The room feels like a hospital ward, aside from the fact that hospitals are usually clean!
  Due to cleanliness concerns, we decided to find a different hotel for the night. When we left the hotel, we were greeted by people shouting and yelling in the carpark.
  We were told to contact the manager the following day to get a refund. However, they have been ignoring our calls and emails completely and trying to dupe us into paying for a room we never stayed in.
  Do not stay here, it is a scam and they will try and take your money!

  It's a bit run down, expect cobwebs, cracks in walls, and worst of all for me, a shower where the head was long past the date it should have been replaced, the water dribbled out rather than sprayed. Our room, for 3 people, had a usable floor area of about 2.5m x 3m, plus entry and bathroom. Even our kid complained about it being too small. We constantly bumped against each other, our luggage, and the room. The door leaked light from the hall, had to put a towel under it to block most of the light. The microwave in the common room was rusty and dirty. A lot of these things are easy fixes, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of reinvestment. It's cheap, but not cheap enough given the lack of facilities and space. When I complained to the staff about the shower, she wasn't surprised, nor authorized to do anything about it.

  Biggest scam in the country.
  Got to the hotel for a 6 hours sleep before heading to the airport, we paid $200 for it, which isn’t exactly “budget” in comparison to what’s around, but that price I don’t mind, there was just 2 things.
  1. In terms of value, it looked like a cross between a Dr Seuss film and a hospital, poor, low quality furniture and equipment, lack of elevator, threatening homeless people in the car park, wasn’t welcoming at all, and staff are rude and bland. I’ll return to my point that this was just a quick 6 hour sleep, and leave, so all that I can live with, overpriced, but I can live with it.
  2. ITS DISGUSTING. Mold on the shower curtains, a pile of dead bugs on the light fixtures, cracking walls, stained floors and walls, rusted bathroom fixtures. Worst of all, the pillow cases were stained and dirty, and the one towel we were supplied with (for 2 people), had gross orange stains on it. I wish I was over-exaggerating all this.
  We went down to reception to request a new room, to which we were taken to another and shown, however it posed all the same problems. We decided to leave to a different hotel, this was at around 10pm. Managed to find a superiorly better hotel. We were told to call back the next day regarding a refund, (as we didn’t utilise any of the services they were offering). I called once, a lady picked up, and told me I needed to call back later as the manager was busy, this was followed by a series of giggles. I called back, no response. I called back… no response.
  So they’ve falsely advertised their hotel, their customer service is appalling, they steal from their innocent customers, and risk getting people ill with their low cleaning standards.
  Will be reporting this to the health care department of Brisbane as this place needs to be shut down. Unfortunately, I cannot give 0 stars.

  You get what you pay for. Still $200 for a small room with cracks in the walls is only cheap in comparison to the alternatives. Location is sort of near the airport but still needs a 5-10 min taxi ride and then there are no restaurants around. No elevator either. The staff were nice and friendly though not there 24/7.

  Room was like a cell. Shower was a dribble. Noise from interchange outside the window ALL night. Noisy bare corridors. No facilities... desk closes at 10. Backpackers would feel at home here (except the price). Not cheap, by the time you add $55 taxis for round trip to/from airport. Better off staying in a proper hotel at the airport.
