  Good rental deal. Staff are friendly and helpful. Maybe a bit of a wait if many people arrive for pickup on the shuttle at the same time.

  3 days in to our hire we were unfortunately driven in to making the car unable to be driven, the night of the accident my mum and I were pretty shaken up and emotional, the guy on the other end of the phone was amazing and very sympathetic, making me feel much better. So we then needed a new car came with a couple of issues, but Amanda went above and beyond to fix it all for us we were we able to have a new car by midday the day after. TAKE OUT INSURANCE! Don’t risk it, we would have been in a much worse position otherwise

  Horrible experience from start to finish! Rude staff, disorganised! We were so unhappy took the car back and we went and hired another car from a rival company. We were told we would get our money back and now have only been offered credit. Not surprised this place is a scam! Avoid at all cost.

  A reasonable car rental service. I found them when all the majors were sold out. Staff seem to know their stuff. No problem with the car. Definitely a reasonable option for renting a car

  Easy pickup and drop off to the airport.
  Watch out for the $5,000 damage excess unless you pay the extra $40 per day.
  I was told I still had to pay the 5,000 even if the other vehicle was at fault . Watch out for this one with just about all car rental companies. Your travel insurance may cover this.
  Had to return the original car on the second day due to a fault with the air conditioning , they gave us a replacement in about 15 minutes, fuss free.
