Realised pretty quickly the bad reviews I'd read were from people with unrealistic expectations. I treated them fair, and in return I was well accommodated.
Will not go into details but I am very pleased with my experience.. - Trinity Williams Added October 15, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Reserved and was ready to collect car received an email 4 hours before car was due for for collection quoting "there's no availably, due to a festival in Byron bay, at any of our locations, sorry you will have to cold call other car companies in Brisbane to check thier availability." I not only had to miss out on seeing my only child I had to cancel my cancer care appointment, and my follow up appointment from cataract surgery, these appointment's take months to book, I've never been so disappointed in my life.

The Kona supplied did the job nicely and returning it was quick and easy. The refund for the reduced time was made promptly. No stress all the way through!

I made a reservation request on Monday, heard nothing back so chased it up with another email... still heard nothing back, contacted them directly via the website 4 days later and immediately received a cancellation of my booking in my emails along with a single sentence "There are no vehicles available for this time." No offers of alternatives or an apology for the delay in response. Customer Service training would be worth investing in.
