  Super friendly and helpful staff, affordable service. Made moving day much easier. Had to perform a “filter clean” mid drive, staff helped over the phone and then gave us a discount for the issues. Couldn’t recommend service highly enough.

  Friendly staff and good range of reasonably priced cars. Easy pick-up and drop off at Brisbane Airport. We needed a car a day earlier than first planned and Alpha shuffled a few bookings to make a car available despite being pretty busy. This extra customer service was much appreciated.

  I booked the car online and picked the car up at the depot in Hendra near Brisbane airport. The vehicle was ready and the pick up process was painless and took only 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly. And obliging. The drop off was even easier. I didn’t require the use of the airport shuttle service this visit but I saw it in operation. And finally, the price for our 4 week rental was very competitive. They deserve my five stars

  Great choice if you need a car.
  
  This was a rental at Brisbane - from the international terminal.
  
  Cost - very good! (We took 3rd party insurance and waived all insurance related add-ons)
  
  Shuttle to/from airport - very good. They arrived at the airport within 15min of calling for them. Similarly, the wait for the shuttle after dropping the car off was just a few minutes. Wonderful friendly driver who gave us tips on what to do - as we had a longish wait at the terminal on our return.
  
  Car - good! We got a new car with just 2000km on the odometer. Clean, shiny! (OK - it was an MG, and I would not personally pick an MG to drive as it has its flaws)
  
  Service - very good. The rental advise/confirmation contained all the information, including where to go and who to call for the shuttle bus. I needed to extend the rental by 2 days and it took just a few minutes on the phone to get that sorted out.
  
  I would definitely rent from Alpha again.

  The pickup at the Brisbane International was good and convenient with the shuttle.. Collecting the car was a breeze as it was late at night. The car was clean, but not shiny. Taking it back in the morning at 6am was not a pleasant experience and it took 25 min. If you are in a rush to get on a plane, you have to take this into consideration. The big companies drop off is a breeze. Not with Alpha and the staff can be very abrupt!
