  I would not recommend Alpha Car Parking. I parked my new car for 17 days and paid for a Super wash. On returning I noticed that the back door and window were still dirty. When I asked the manager, he said he would have it washed again. So I waited for about 1/2 hour and after a long haul flight they couldn't get it off. And continued to tell me that when you park "you park at your own risk". And that the substance was probably already there. I got a quote from smash repairs and it's $300 for my car to be cut and polished,. The substance is also over the chrome. I finally received a call today from Alpha and the manager said that he has instructions from the owner to tell me that the detailer said that the substance was already there. All I'm saying is Don't trust these people with your vehicle. This is a new vehicle, always parked in a garage and as I work from home, isn't driven much. He told me that it must have been there because I asked for it to be washed!!! The large shed (if it was parked undercover) has large gaps in the roof line...guessing that maybe there in run off on to the vehicles. Another similar review to mine suggested that the substance they use to clean the vehicle is not washed off. In any case, it wasn't there before I parked and now I have a big bill to fix it and they are not taking any responsibility.

  I parked my car at Alpha Airport Parking for 8 days. In the past I have used another agency but Alpha were so good, I'll be using them only from now on. No stress whatsoever! The very reasonable price included a shuttle bus to and from the airport. The staff were fantastic and my car was ready and brought to the front as soon as I returned. Definitely the best airport parking in Brisbane!

  Booked my car for 15 days. When I did a late night pick I noticed it was dirty inside and out but didn't notice until the next morning that the drivers side mat was covered in dried mud (I had cleaned my car before drop off).. Also the drivers door and above the wheels also covered in mud. I wrote to them asking how this happened when I paid the extra for undercover parking but did not receive a reply. The only conclusion I can therefore reach is that at sometime (or the entire time for all I know) my car was not parked undercover. I will not use them again due to their poor customer service in not bothering to reply to my message and not having assurance that my car was parked undercover for the entire period. The site allows photo's to be uploaded but doesn't show them so what's the point of this? Totally unsatisfied and will never use their service again. Reading through previous reviews it appears this is a common issue, so don't bother paying extra for undercover parking as it just doesn't happen.

  Used them a few times now for when we're going away and need store/park the car. Efficiently run at drop off and pick-up, there's two small aircond buses running, so there's never more than a few minutes wait. Totally recommend them.
